Cancellation Policy
A nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure appointments. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Same-day cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit and refusal of future booking requests.
Mobile appointments require travel and scheduling coordination, therefore punctuality and communication are appreciated. Any cancellations made within the 48 hours leading up to the appointment or failure to communicate the cancellation will result in a 20% cancellation fee. This policy ensures fairness and helps us provide the best expectations for all clients.
